How can I find trustworthy realtors to help me find a property for the Greek golden visa?

Some Chinese migration agencies offering “special prices” for properties in Greece and refer immigration investors to local realtors or developers with whom they have a “cooperation.” As a Chinese investor I want to take advantage of the benefits but do not want to be scammed. How can foreign investors find trustworthy realtors or developers to participate in the golden visa program?

It is commonplace the fraud is taking place against investors who are willing to purchase a property in Greece in order to enter the Golden Visa program. That’s the reason why an investor should be very careful and address offices who are cooperating with certified real estate agents.

Τhere are a lot of serious construction companies and decent brokerage houses in Greece. Anyone can conduct market research and compare prices offered and the quality of existing properties. Of course, there is the law of free supply and demand, and at this time the demand for properties in Greece is high because of prices that remain low compared to other European capitals. You can also contact a consulting company that could offer you remarkable properties from different sources and suppliers, providing at the same time services for properties’ evaluation, reasonable cost, rental possibilities, etc.

There are trusted Realtors located in Greece who have no such contact with Chinese migration agences and therefore prices aren't increased in the way you describe it.ᐧ
