How can I include my sibling with a disability as a dependent for my Greece Golden Visa application?

I am considering applying with my wife and two kids, but I also have an adult brother under my care. Can I include him as my dependent in my application? What do I need to prove this dependence?

As per Golden Visa legislation, you cannot include him in your application. There are other provisions applicable in such a case. The New Immigration Law, in force from 2024 provides the following: Residence permit (i) of adults, unable to attend their cases due to health reasons or minors who are demonstrably in need of protection meters and are hosted by institutions or other legal entities persons of public benefit, as long as the return them in a safe environment is impossible, (ii) minors whose custody has been assigned by decision Greek court or foreign court, which recognized by the Greek authorities, in families of Greeks or families of citizens of third countries with legal stay in the country or for which it is pending adoption procedure before the Greek authorities.
