How can I live abroad as an investor citizen while my business operations are based in Vanuatu?

Can I get the Vanuatu citizenship then set up my business operations there and be a tax resident of Vanuatu, but still be able to live elsewhere, since I work remotely? I would just like my business and taxes to be based there and I would visit often but I would not fully move. How can I make that work?

Having Vanuatu citizenship and setting up a company with its operations in Vanuatu is fine. Living in another country will not affect this plan as it’s not a requirement to have their citizens reside in the country. Obtaining tax residency as a citizen can be consulted on but is possible.
