How can I work legally in Greece if I participate in the Golden Visa program through the new investment options?

I understand that I have no access to the job market in Greece if I obtain a Golden Visa through real estate investment. However, I learned that new investment options have been added to the program. If I invest 400,000 euros to a government bond and obtain a Golden Visa, can I work legally in Greece?

Investors and corporate executives under strategic investment have access to the labour market. Property investors and all family members do not have access to work.

The legal provisions of the Greek Immigration Law 4251/2014 as amended is in force, regarding the accessibility of the investors in the employment market apply on both kinds of investments either through property acquisition(art 20) or investment activity/financial products(art 16). This kind of residence permit does not give the right to work legally in Greece up to now.
