How can investors start a business in Greece after obtaining a golden visa?

I'm interested in starting a business in Greece once I move into the country via a golden visa. What options would you advise me?

The only Golden Visa route that allows investors to run a business activity in Greece is via a minimum 250,000 euros funds investment. As a prerequisite of the residence permit, a business plan of the investment has to be made in advance, which would have to be submitted and approved by the Ministry of Development. There are no restrictions in the business activity but the investment has to positively impact the Greek economy.
