If my Golden Visa application for Greece is denied, is there an appeal process?

I feel confident about my application but am wondering if there are recourse options. What are some common reasons for denial? Are there any common mistakes to avoid?

If you are rejected, you can apply again if you complete the provisions of law. The main reason to be rejected is related to payment (if you used POS, etc.).

Ask the attorney who filed the application for Golden Visa. There are reasons for the removal of their application set by the law.

I would like to clarify that the authorities receiving the application will issue a confirmation (blue card) that the application has been submitted, provided that all the necessary documentation has been submitted with the application. This confirmation is valid for one year and it constitutes an evidencing document until the resident permit is issued. At this stage the submitted documentation is checked initially and if there problems, the competent authority does not accept the application. The most common reasons are related to the way of payment of the acquisition price. In any case, if your application will be denied you could either apply again upon fulfillment all the required by the law prerequisites, or appeal the denied application through the existing legal procedure.
