What is the fastest and easiest residency by investment option in Canada?

I'm open to settling anywhere in Canada with my family and I'm seeking the simplest option for obtaining a residency permit. Money isn't a major concern, and I'm fluent in both French and English. Can you recommend the most suitable program for us?

Actually the ONLY available federal PR stream by investment is a start up visa. It is fast, secure and very reliable in terms of your inland future plan as well. The importance is to have a good legal and business team with you to find a pertinent designated organization that matches your idea and their requirements.

Immigrating to Canada is complicated. My recommendation is that if anyone offers you a "fast and easy" solution, that you get a second opinion. In Canada, we only have one true Residency by Investment Program. That's the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program which reopened on January 1, 2024. This is the only program in Canada where one can obtain residency status by way of a passive investment. That investment is with the Government of Quebec, and made through a fully regulated investment dealer (a financial intermediary). There are many changes to this program compared to previous iterations - notably there is now a spoken French language requirement. One of the big advantages of the new QIIP is speed - applicants will now be able to settle in Quebec relatively quickly with temporary status, while they fulfill residency requirements and become eligible for permanent residence. Any of the other business immigration programs that we have in Canada are referred to as "Entrepreneur Immigration" programs. These are programs that allow entrepreneurs to obtain status on the basis of the business that they are buying or establishing, and are providing active and ongoing management to. Most of the Provinces and Territories offer Entrepreneur Streams. Canada also offers the Start Up Visa Program, which is geared towards entrepreneurs who have innovative business ideas that they want to launch in Canada, that can create jobs for Canadians, and potentially compete on a global scale.

We require additional details regarding your education and experience to properly assess your qualifications. Additionally, while there isn't a shortcut to residency, one effective route is to apply for a Start-Up Visa. Once you obtain a letter of support, we can apply for a work permit, allowing you to relocate to Canada, live, study, and await your residency status.

If money isn't a major concern, then I strongly recommend you take 3 pieces of professional advice, then go from there. Only a one-on-one evaluation would help to choose the best path for you.
