What is the process of signing a lease agreement with a hotel for the purpose of obtaining a golden visa in Greece?

I've heard that investors can sign a lease agreement with a hotel or a furnished tourist residence instead of buying real estate for the purpose of golden visa in Greece. How does this process work exactly? What requirements would one have to meet? Can I get in touch with any hotel development I like? Is a five-year long lease agreement good enough to meet golden visa requirements?

A lease of at least 10 years is required for hotel accommodations, or furnished tourist residences in integrated tourist resorts; the minimum value of the lease must be 250,000 euros. There are no additional requirements than the common ones. Applicants need to be submit a notarized copy of the lease contract; it must show a single payment of 250,000 euros and mention the granting of the relevant operation license by the Greek National Tourism Organization and the respective registration in the Land Registry. You can contact any integrated touristic complex for such leasing services under the condition that it operates under the framework of the necessary licenses as above.

I confirm that you can obtain a golden visa in Greece if you sign a lease agreement with a hotel or tourist establishment, but the tenure should be for at least 10 years.
