Which areas in Greece are known to bring highest yields to foreign investors looking to invest in real estate to get residency?

I'm a Chinese investor looking to gain permanent residency via investment in Greece. I would like to do this by investing in real estate that would bring in high yields to me. I've heard places like northwest peninsula of Chalkidiki are the best places to invest? What options would you suggest?

The issue of real estate rental returns is quite complex and depends on many factors, such as type of lease (short-term, long-term, commercial lease), type of the property, its age and of course the "commerciality" of the area. The area-based approach is incomplete. Given that Greece is a very distinguished tourist destination internationally, ensures in principle that it provides the basic guarantees for good rental returns, especially in real estate investments operating under Airbnb status. Areas with tourist traffic throughout the year such as Athens are in high demand. In any case, before investing, you should consult an investment company in order to have a more accurate and valid market data update.
