Would I have to pay extra property taxes if I buy property for citizenship by investment in Antigua and Barbuda?

Also, would it be subject to any other form of tax if I rent it out on Airbnb?

Economic citizens do not have to pay any extra taxes if they purchase property. On the contrary, if they purchase property as a citizen, they will avoid the 7% non-citizens land tax due upon purchase. There is a tourism levy of 3 USD per night for anyone renting on Airbnb as I understand. Your licensed agent will be able to guide you to professional tax advisors on the island.

For tax-related matters, you should seek the advice of a tax specialist and that advice will have to be catered to your specific personal situation. In general, Antigua and Barbuda citizens pay 2.5% land transfer tax when buying land. As for additional tax, you are most likely referring to income tax on rental income of which there is none in the case of earning it as an individual person (Antigua & Barbuda has zero personal income taxes).
