Would Luxembourg allow investors to use the digital renminbi for investment immigration purposes?

I’ve heard Luxembourg is already open to crypto investors. Would it be correct to assume that investors with monies in the Chinese government backed digital yuan would face no trouble in Luxembourg if they use it for immigration purposes?

To qualify for investment immigration in Luxembourg, one would need to set up a private investment fund as an investment vehicle to invest into the Chinese government backed digital yuan and obtain a formal approval from the Luxembourg Ministry for Finance. The approval process might not be straightforward in the case at hand.
