Apostolos Pappas is a Greece immigration consultant. He is currently a managing partner of the Pavlopoulos Benetatos Pappas Law Firm, based in Athens. Pappas heads the firm’s investment immigration desk, where he advises on investment immigration and foreign direct investments.

Pappas, in private practice since 2005, is an experienced commercial lawyer, who has completed legal work on various international matters. He has worked with high net worth individuals, growing and establishing their presence and advising on the legalities of their businesses and transactions.

Pappas also specializes in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex cross-border transactions, contracts, restructurings and joint ventures. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, wealth and asset structuring, and all aspects of lifetime and post-death planning. Pappas has also served as general counsel for various multinational enterprises.

He is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association and the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He has a law degree from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as LL.M. degrees in criminal business law and European and international business law from Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich.

In addition to Greek, he speaks English and German.
