Tariq Nazir is a United Kingdom immigration advisor. He is currently a senior immigration consultant and managing director at Copland Immigration Services, based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Copland provides advice and services for nearly all aspects of U.K. immigration law.
Nazir, who has been accredited at Level 3 with the U.K. Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner for the past 12 years, is experienced with various facets of U.K. immigration law, such as the points-based system, investor and entrepreneur migration, work permits, student visas, family migration, asylum and tier 1, 2 and 4 visas.
Nazir does advocacy and representation work and has appeared before First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal. He is experienced in appellate work in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
Prior to joining Copland, Nazir worked for other immigration firms in Glasgow as an advisor. He is a published author, penning several articles on immigration law, international law and other topics.
Nazir has an LL.B. from International Islamic University in Pakistan, a Master of Arts in history from the University of the Punjab in Pakistan, a post-graduate diploma in international law and organization of development from the International Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands, and a post-graduate diploma in law from Holborn College in London.
Nazi speaks Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and English.
