Can siblings buy a home together as a joint investment and receive St. Kitts and Nevis passports?

My brother and I have our eyes on a Nevis home worth about $500,000. If each of us puts $250,000 toward it to buy it together, can we each receive passports, along with our children?

The only acceptable way to get citizenship that way is where each sibling contributes a minimum $400,000 for the real estate. Unless each of sibling purchase shares in a development worth $200,000 each.
