How can I obtain citizenship by investment in Turkey without having to travel?

I heard that expats and immigrants in Turkey are being called for biometrics appointments to provide fingerprints physically to receive their permits. Does this apply to citizenship by investment, as well? Can’t I invest remotely through power of attorney and get my citizenship without having to reside in or travel to Turkey?

You can apply and obtain Turkish citizenship by investment remotely through power of attorney and get citizenship without having to reside in or travel to Turkey. Once citizenship is approved, all you need to do is to visit the Turkish Consulate wherever you are in the world and give fingerprints at the consulate.

Yes, you can invest remotely through power of attorney and get your citizenship without having to reside in or travel to Turkey. Also yes, you will need to provide your biometrics (fingerprints and face recognition) physically to get the Turkish ID and passport, but you can do that at a Turkish Consulate or Embassy in the country where you reside.
