How can I rent out the property I purchase in Portugal to obtain a Golden Visa?

Are there limitations or restrictions on renting it entirely on Airbnb?

    You can freely rent the property you purchased for the GV investment.

    You can rent it with no limitations. For Airbnb, you need to have local authorizations.

    Under the Golden Visa program, there are no restrictions on the use of the property, provided that ownership is maintained. Therefore, you can choose to borrow, rent long term or short term. For Airbnb you should look at the legal regime, conditions & obligations, and tax regime applicable.
