How can I still benefit from the UK’s ECAA Turkish Businessperson visa as a dependent?

I heard this option is no longer available for new applicants. My fiancé has a valid visa that he’ll apply to renew. When we get married, does that give me the right to stay in the UK under the same category? I've read that it applies to children of visa holders; how about spouses?
