How can stateless persons obtain Turkish citizenship through investment activities?

I am wondering if stateless persons can get citizenship of Turkey by making a required investment in the real estate market. How is the process different than the normal process?

There's no difference between stateless persons and citizens of another country in terms of process. There is no separate process for this prescribed by law. You have the right to apply for Turkish citizenship by investment program.

Stateless people may acquire real estate in our country subject to the general legal limitations. They are treated like a citizen of any country eligible to acquire real estates in our country and there is no special limitation. However, during the application, they need to present their stateless person identity document issued by the governorships in order to be able to perform procedures with land registry directorates.

Being stateless does not constitute an obstacle for you to obtain Turkish citizenship through CBI program. You can get Turkish citizenship by CBI program with the normal procedure by applying as if you have any nationality.

Yes, it is possible for a stateless person to obtain Turkish citizenship by investment (CBI). Investment in to the real estate market is one of the options available. The CBI process is not different than the normal process, the ID documentation of the stateless applicant could be obtained with another procedure in Turkey.

In order to apply for citizenship by investment through properties, there are differences. You need to have a travel document and birth certificate and also proof that you become stateless like decision documents from your origin country. You also have to get a certificate from the ministry of interior that Turkish authorities confirm that you are stateless which takes around six months.
