How long will my Grenadian passport be valid for?

I understand that after becoming a citizen of Grenada through its citizenship-by-investment program, I will be issued a Grenadian passport. How long is it valid for? Will there be any risks that I will be denied a renewal of my passport?

A Grenada passport is valid for five years and can be renewed at any embassy or consulate or remotely with a lawyer in Grenada. There should be no reason for your passport not be renewed unless you have been found guilty of committing a serious crime or done something else deemed to bring disrepute to the passport.

The Grenada passport is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance. You are only at risk of not obtaining a passport at the time for renewal if you do not retain your Grenadian citizenship either by the revocation of your citizenship by the Government of Grenada or if you renounce your Grenadian citizenship.

The passport is usually valid for 10 years. The only way it would not be renewed is if the citizenship is revoked by the government of Grenada for a cause, such as a serious transnational crime.
