How many family members can get the 'passport talent famille' to join an investor in France?

Can an investor's dependent brother also get the same residence permit or does it only apply to an investor's children and spouse? What about parents?

The talent passport granted to an investor, manager, startup or an employee of foreign nationality in France facilitates accompanying families. These families can benefit from a right of residence as well as easier access to work through the so-called "accompanying family" procedure. The spouse and their adult children receive this multi-annual residence card: family talent passport. The members of the family eligible for this "accompanying family procedure" are the following: Being over 18 years and married to a person with a "talent passport" residence permit; a child of the couple, you have come of age and entered France as a minor; a child of the couple, you are between 16 and 18 years old, and you entered France as a minor and you wish to exercise a professional activity. A dependent brother of the holder of the talent passport cannot benefit from this procedure. Also, families who cannot benefit from this simplified procedure can apply for a residence permit that is independent of that of the main applicant (visitor status, for example). Alternatively, families can join France within the framework of family reunification. Family reunification concerns foreign nationals who have been legally resident in France for at least 18 months and who wish to bring their spouse and children to France.
