How much does the nature of one's contract matter when showing evidence that the applicant works for a Panama company in a professional capacity?

I've heard the residency program in Panama requires one to give evidence that the applicant works for a Panama company in a professional capacity. But would it matter if the contract was temporary in nature or was not full-time?

The length of the labor relationship won’t be relevant, what’s required is proof of a labor relationship between the applicant and a Panamanian company when submitting the residency application, both for a two-year permit and later on, when applying for a permanent status.

Panama resident applicants who have a local job must have an undefined term contract, with a minimum wage per month, regardless of the job´s activity. Note that for renewals of the residency, social security enrollment and a work permit are also required.
