How should I contact the immigration office for inquiries regarding my application?

My investor visa application of New Zealand has been pending for over one year. What is the best way for me to communicate with the immigration authorities for my inquiries?

We usually go through our dedicated adviser line to track the process. If you have an adviser or lawyer who acts for your application, you may seek help from them. If you lodge the application by yourself, you will have to contact INZ through the 0800 number. If your case has been allocated to a case officer, contact him/her directly.

You can refer to www.immigration.govt.nz or call them.

The best way to contact INZ is the contact details and their email given in the acknowledgment letter for the visa application submitted. If you have appointed a Licensed Immigration Adviser, then you can instruct the Adviser to contact INZ.  Alternative ways to communication with INZ is usually difficult but can look at their web site https://www.immigration.govt.nz/contact
