How strict is the language requirement for foreign investors when they apply for Dutch citizenship?

I'm a foreign investor who has been living in The Netherlands uninterrupted for the last four years after acquiring residency via investment in the country. I haven't been able to learn Dutch language much since I was so busy taking care of my business; how much will this matter when I eventually become eligible for Dutch citizenship?
