How can I prevent my dependent child from losing her Greek golden visa when she gets older?

I am preparing my Greek Golden Visa application. My daughter is 18 years old now and she will be my dependent in the application. I was told by my migration consultant that my daughter would have to change her status when she turns 21 and that she might lose her Golden Visa when she turns 24. Is this true? How can we prevent this? It isn’t worth the effort if my daughter can't keep her status in Greece. What are my options?

According to the Law 4251/2014 provisions, the children of the applicant, who have been originally admitted to the country under the terms and requirements of residence permit for property owners, are issued with a residence permit for family reunification until the age of 21. After that, they acquire a renewal as an independent residence permit until they reach the age of 24 and then it is possible to renew it further according to pertinent immigration legislation. The independent residence permit gives the holder the right of direct access to the dependent work-provision of independent services or work, as well as to studies at any level of education. One question please: Why the investment was implemented on your name and not on your daughter’s name? You could be entitled as her family member as well.

Either you may donate her the property after 24 or she can apply for financially independent person.
