How can I get a residence permit in Greece for my non-European spouse?

Can a non-European citizen who has a work and residence permit in Greece get a residence and work permit for a spouse? My boyfriend and I hold a Turkish Passport. The company I work for is transferring me to the Athens office in March 2022. Meanwhile, my boyfriend and I are getting married next week. I would like to know the possible scenarios for my husband.

As far as I understand by your provided information, you are going to come to Greece under the provisions of Article 17, law 4251/2014, for executives, administrators and board members employed at Greek branches/subsidiaries of foreign companies, who have a relatively easy time obtaining a residence permit. To enter Greece, the entitled persons apply for a visa at the local consulate or embassy. Once in Greece, apply for a residency permit. This also applies to accompanying family members, who must apply for the same visa and residency permit according to provisions for family reunification, but after your permanent residence permit will be issued. For the first two years, the family member’s residence permit does not provide access to employment. This will be granted after the first renewal.
