What changes are expected in New Zealand's Investor 1 and 2 categories?

Is it true New Zealand is currently reviewing Investor 1 and 2 categories? Are the minimum investment thresholds for these categories set to change?

    Presently, no changes have been announced for New Zealand Investor 1 and 2 categories. The minimum investment threshold for Investor 1 visa category is 10 million New Zealand dollars, which must be invested in the country for three years. The minimum investment threshold for Investor 2 visa category is at least NZ$3 million, which must be invested in New Zealand over a 4-year period; applicant must also have at least 3 years of business experience.
