What is the minimum investment requirement if I want to apply for a Golden Visa in Greece through a 10-year time sharing agreement with a local hotel?

Is it still 250K euros? Will I have to actually use the time share every year?

Besides property acquisition, the 2 alternative options of Greek GV Program are: a) third country citizens who have signed a lease agreement – for a minimum of 10 years – for hotel accommodations or furnished tourist residences in integrated tourist resorts according to article 8, paragraph 2 of Law 4002/2011 (Government Gazette 180 A’), provided the minimum cost of the lease is €250.000; b) third country citizens who have signed a timeshare agreement (lease), based on the provisions of Law 1652/1986 of min. 250.000 euros. Tourist accommodation for the implementation of this law refers to hotel units and generally tourist facilities operating under the permission of the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT) and have been subject to the provisions of the law by decision of the Secretary General of E.O.T. Timeshare is agreed for a period of one (1) to sixty (60) years. Furthermore, in case of this choice, among the documents to be submitted is the following: Notarized copy of the lease for the hotel accommodations or furnished tourist residences in integrated tourist resorts, which demonstrates a single payment of €250.000 and includes a mention of the granting of the relevant operation license by GNTO (Greek National Tourism Organization).
