Who can enjoy the lower investment threshold for Grenada’s CBI program?

I was informed that some qualified investors could invest $220,000 in real estate and qualify for Grenada’s CBI program, as opposed to the regular investment threshold of $350,000. Who can enjoy such benefits?

Anyone that meets the minimum application requirements can apply at the minimum investment level of $220,000, those being: over 18 years of age; no communicable diseases; no criminal record; have sufficient funds to meet the investment requirements and can provide a legitimate source of funds. However not all developments qualify.
