Will I be required to travel to Grenada in order to participate in its CBI program and obtain a passport?

I am an investor from China. I was preparing my application to the citizenship-by-investment program of Grenada when the coronavirus outbreak happened. I want to proceed with my preparation but I would like to know if, during the entire process from submitting an application to receiving a passport, I will be required to travel to Grenada in person.

You are not required to travel to Grenada. All your documents are submitted through your licensed local agent.
