How can I designate a certain project to take my investment for the Dominica CBI program?

I understand that investors of the Dominica citizenship-by-investment program are required to make an investment in the National Diversification Fund that will help fund various public projects. I am wondering if I can designate a certain public project I am interested in and require my investment capital to go directly into that project of my choice.

    No. The investment must be made in one of the approved projects.
