How can I switch investment properties for my Portugal Golden Visa?
If I invest in a property and submit my Portugal Golden Visa application, can I switch my investment vehicle later? For instance, if the new property I am interested in has a higher market value than the initial one, am I allowed to switch and maintain my visa?

In response to your previous email, I hereby inform you that when the Portuguese services received the admissible Golden Visa application, they will confirm/check if your investment typology matches with the online registry previously made. This means the non-coincidence between these involves the dismissal of the applicant's request. After the presentation of the initial request it is not possible in the same procedure to change the typology of the investment. However, in an advanced stage, the applicant may change the type of investment but may not lower the amount invested.
