How does St. Kitts define “outstanding character” in its citizenship applicants?

I am interested in applying for the program but want to know what legal parameters the country has for “outstanding” applicants? Is there anything I can do to improve my application’s chances for success?

"Outstanding character" means a person of good repute who has no criminal record.
