What are the requirements under the shareholding investment option for the Bulgarian immigrant investor program?

I would like to invest 1 million Bulgarian lev in the shares of multiple public companies to get Bulgarian permanent residency. But I want some clarifications about the details. Let’s say I buy shares worth 1 million from company A, B and C. Then, half a year later, the market dips and the value of the shares falls below 1 million. Would I still be compliant with the requirements? Can I sell the shares of company C and buy shares of company D?

The required minimum investment only applies at the moment of the purchase of the shares. Later, on whichever direction the market goes, it doesn't affect the CBI program's requirements.
