U.S. lifts Covid travel ban benefiting EB-5 investors

Leading EB-5 industry professionals have termed President Joe Biden's new international air travel order as a positive step that would help bring key investors back to the U.S.

Since the pandemic began last year, foreigners from countries like China, India and EU states have been barred from entering the U.S., which added to the challenges facing the EB-5 industry since many investors could no longer be physically present in America to review projects before putting their money in it.

However, with the new rule that allows vaccinated foreigners to enter the U.S., many in the EB-5 industry now expect a surge in the EB-5 program, which some think could be one of the key tools to boost the U.S. economy.
