Does Turkey provide any assistance when applying to the U.S. E-2 visa?

Can I just live there on paper but in reality be living elsewhere to qualify for the E-2?

The applicant for the E-2 Visa must be a citizen of a country that has an investor agreement with the United States. Since there is this agreement between Turkey and the US, Turkish citizens can apply for this visa. If you acquireTurkish citizenship through investment, you can apply for an E-2 visa without the condition of living in Turkey.

The application process for the E-2 visa is facilitated through an online form, which is accessible for individuals residing outside the United States. This online platform is administered and maintained by the United States government. Individuals in possession of Turkish passports are eligible to submit their applications for the E-2 visa through this dedicated online portal. The Turkish government does not offer any official support or assistance in the application procedure for the E-2 visa. However, for those seeking guidance and professional assistance throughout the E-2 visa application process, advisory firms based in Turkey can provide expert counsel and support. Furthermore, there is no specific requirement mandating a minimum duration of stay in Turkey. Possession of a Turkish passport is the primary criterion for eligibility.
