Ali Jahangiri is a seasoned entrepreneur, attorney, and financier with over 13 years of experience in investment immigration, media, and global capital markets. As CEO of EB5 Investors Magazine and Uglobal Immigration Magazine, he has built industry-leading platforms that educate investors, developers, and immigration professionals worldwide.

A graduate of Loyola Law School, Jahangiri began his career as a securities attorney at a major law firm in Orange County, California, specializing in corporate finance and regulatory compliance. Transitioning into investment immigration and finance, he has been involved in over $1 billion in EB-5 financing, leading capital raises for major development projects, including Homefed’s Chula Vista project—the largest residential development in San Diego. His company has helped numerous developers secure critical investments across the United States through the EB-5 program.

Through Uglobal.com, Jahangiri has created the largest international investment migration platform, connecting developers with foreign brokers and investors across multiple residency and citizenship-by-investment programs.

His well-attended global investment conferences have featured high-profile policymakers, including Senator Rand Paul, Senator Ted Cruz, Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, Congressman Bob Goodlatte, and Governor Jared Polis, who have contributed to discussions on immigration and foreign investment policy. On the international stage, he has hosted leaders such as the Prime Minister of Malta and the Prime Minister of Saint Kitts, who have actively promoted their countries’ citizenship-by-investment programs.

Jahangiri’s business portfolio also includes Hotels Magazine (founded in 1966) and Hotel Business Magazine (founded in 1982), further expanding his influence in global real estate and hospitality investment.
