How can I apply for Cyprus CBI program with my unmarried partner?

I have been with my partner for many years. We live together but are not married. Can we apply as an unmarried couple in for the residency or citizenship program of Cyprus? Must we be legally married to do so?

Only legally married couples are entitled to be included in the application. If you are not legally married, then your partner will need to apply a separate application.

No, a couple is required to be married before they can file a Cyprus Citizenship by Investment application together. However, it's possible for one partner to file the citizenship application as the main applicant, and once the couple is married, and after the main applicant's successful application, the new spouse files an application. No additional investment will be required by the new applicant spouse in order to obtain citizenship.
