How can I hold onto a property in Dominica for less than three years and maintain my citizenship?

I recently bought a home and obtained Dominica passports. However, I am looking to see if I can bypass the three-year rule. Is it possible to maintain my citizenship and transfer the property to someone else, such as my son (who also has a passport) or my brother, who wants to get a Dominica passport as well? How is this kind of transfer possible?

You simply have to retain an agent and this can be worked on.
