No, Vanuatu government does not accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment for the citizenship program. It accepts USD, NZD, JPY, AUD and EUR. Designated agents are the officially authorized intermediaries between clients and Vanuatu government. In some cases, some agents have the capacity to help clients that would like to settle their citizenship by using legitimate wealth held in cryptocurrency. This is, however, at the discretion of each designated agent, and it is basically simply a help to convert crypto to fiat as Vanuatu government only accepts fiat.
