How can Indian investors living as temporary residents in Dubai get dual nationalities in Grenada during the pandemic?

I’m a non-resident Indian investor based in Dubai looking to get a dual nationality in order to avoid a new tax law in India that specifically targets incomes of NRIs like me. What options would you advise me?

Citizenship can be attained either through the donation route at a cost of $150,000 for a single applicant, or via the investment route at a cost of $220,000 for a single applicant, plus applicable government fees. There are currently approved developments offering a full return of your investment funds at the conclusion of a five-year holding period.
