How can investor and business visa holders enter Australia during the pandemic?

I’ve heard there are now several restrictions and lockdowns in place in Australia. Is the country allowing in investor and business visa holders in these days? Would I need to be vaccinated? Or would a negative PCR test be enough?

    Investors and business persons holding a Business Innovation and Investment (subclass 188) visa are automatically exempt from the travel restrictions and can enter Australia without obtaining an individual exemption.
