How can people with non-EU vaccine passports visit Italy to explore investment immigration opportunities?

I’m an investor from India where fully vaccinated people are being issued with the country’s own vaccine passport called the Digital Infrastructure for Vaccination Open Credentialing. Would this be acceptable if I travel to Italy? What other non-EU digital vaccine passports are acceptable in Italy?

You can find information about the entry rules on the Iata.org website and also on the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (esteri.it).

It depends on the vaccination as Italy only recognizes certificates of people fully vaccinated with a vaccine recognized by the European Medicine Agency.
