How can vaccinated investors visit Cyprus to explore their options to get permanent residency?

I’m an investor based in Israel and I was recently vaccinated in my home country. What are my options to visit visa free to Cyprus if I come with my health certificate and try to gain permanent residency by investment?

There is no law in Cyprus at the moment proclaiming that a vaccination is necessary to obtain any kind of permit. Due to Covid and, depending on what country you are arriving from, you might need to stay in quarantine for up to 7 days.

Israel and Cyprus have signed an agreement concerning travel. With the “green” passport, one can travel to Cyprus without restrictions starting from April 1, 2021.
