How does a past visa overstay affect my chances of gaining citizenship by investment in Turkey?

When I was in Turkey 6 years ago on a tourist visa, I overstayed my visa by about a month and paid the fine at the airport while leaving. Does this remain on my record? Would it count as a violation of the law and affect my future citizenship application negatively?

In case you only paid a fine and no deportation action banning you to enter Turkey for some time is taken, it should have no impact. Even in the case such a ban was issued, it could be up to 5 years and if only for overstay of visa, it should still have no impact on your CBI application 6 years later.
