How is an investor’s net worth calculated for the upcoming Quebec program in Canada?

I have a question about the Quebec investor visa starting January. It says my net worth should be $2 million at least. What does that imply? Is it liquid assets or can I also include property and fixed assets?

To qualify for the Quebec Investor Visa program, a minimum personal net worth of CAD 2,000,000 is required. Your net worth is determined by deducting your total liabilities from your overall assets. In this calculation, you can incorporate the following: liquid assets, including cash and quickly convertible investments; the appraised value of real estate properties under your ownership; particular fixed assets, such as business holdings and equipment; supplementary investments like ownership in companies or partnerships, all in accordance with program-specific criteria. Please be aware that your net worth calculation should substantiate the legal source and accumulation of your wealth.
