Is Canada still accepting immigrant investors from Asian countries?

I read that Canada is limiting some immigration from China, Hong Kong and Macao. Is this still true? Does that kind of limitation or cap depend on the provincial program? Please advise.

There is indeed a cap on applications coming from there, but there is still have a handful of quotas allowing you to apply.

Quebec has as cap on China, H.K. and M.C., but other programs do not have that. Asians are welcomed in Canada.
