Is there a way to bypass the waiting period for citizenship-by-investment?

I would like a Dominica passport but I heard if I buy real estate, I have to hold it for three years to become a Dominican citizen. Can I buy a property for the required amount and receive my passport faster than three years?

This is not correct. You do not have to wait for three years to get your Dominica passport. The three years has to do with the period of time you must keep the investment before you can sell your share to another person, but it has nothing to do with the period of time within which it takes for you to get your passport. You get your passport within 12 weeks of the submission of the application. Only 12 weeks.
