What happens if my NAATI expires while waiting for an 190 Visa?

I applied for state-nominated onshore 190 visas about a year ago. I claimed NAATI points in that. My NAATI CCL result was valid at the time of invitation. Now, my NAATI CCL is expiring.(NAATI CCL has a validity of 3 years). I have taken the test before August 2022, so it is valid for 3 years. Do I have to retake the test?

You would need to retake the test to qualify for a current cert from NAATI, you can't claim CCL points otherwise, when you are applying for the visa after date of invitation, and you are found to not have a current cert, your points claimed would not be correct and visa refusal is most probably.

You need to provide documents to support the claims you made in your EOI.  Accordingly, your NAATI CCL result needs to be valid only at the time of invitation. Therefore, you need not retake the test.

No, you do not need to retake this test. The points for credentialled community language qualifications are only assessed at the time of invitation.
