How can my sister obtain residence permit in Turkey through my property there?

I am a UK citizen and I would like to buy a two-bedroom property in Turkey under my name. But I won’t be living there. Can my biological sister stay there with her sons and obtain a Turkish residence permit? They are citizens of Kazakhstan.

If you buy a property in Turkey, your sibling and your sibling's child can get a residence permit by making a lease agreement over your property. It may be possible in the form of touristic residence. Separate procedures are also carried out for your sibling's child. Obtaining a residence permit for children is more detailed at some points. We would like to point out that the location of the property is also important.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The property investment shall be made by the investor seeking residence permit.
