What real estate investments qualify for Dominica citizenship-by-investment?

I know Dominica only accepts certain real estate projects for its CBI program. But what if I want to buy my own home outside of a project with my own real estate agent that is worth, say, $250,000? What are the qualifications for that? Are there any differences between buying that and an approved CBI project?

You can only acquire Dominica's citizenship under the real estate investment by participating as an investor in one of the government-approved projects, not by direct individual private purchase.
